Men need a resource that does not only feed their mind and body - but also the calling, soul, and mission
There is a great fire that receives the nutrients of the highest quality oak, burning so powerfully that it warms men across the entire planet.
Every man has an inner fire. Even if it burns weakly and gives off less warmth, he can strengthen it - he can generate light and heat again.
But that requires moving through phases of effort that sharpen his character and deepen his faith in himself.
Over time, though, that effort becomes heavy. A man gets tired, and sometimes he loses the meaning and the belief in his own fire.
The modern world teaches us - men that we must carry everything alone, that it is not acceptable to be strong enough to hold the weight of life, that it is somehow wrong to cultivate competence, and God forbid to stand united in values, vision and truth.
It pulls us away from our biology, our design and the very things that are medicine for this world and fuel for creating something new.
The fire is fading, and slowly disappearing in men.
You see it in his eyes that mirror exhaustion, and in the wrinkles beneath them that showed up far too early on his face.
His shoulders have lost the strength, leaning forward as if they are closing off from a world that has silenced his voice too many times, and wounded his heart.
His walk is loose, his feet dragging across the floor, each step searching for a moment to stretch out and rest from walking in circles with the same problems, the same challenges, the same battles.
Emptiness, nothingness, silence.
He no longer feels himself, life, or God.
He longs for just one small spark of passion, strength, and hope in all that darkness.
With no idea how to rise, he sinks deeper and deeper, and falls into a trap.
Instead of rebuilding his fire with solid oak, he burns plastic.
He gets used to low quality, and begins to see it as salvation — alcohol, drugs, another toxic relationship, a failed business, another conflict, illness…
As the storm rage, thunder strikes, and the wind tears trees from the ground up, somewhere inside that deep chaos he still hears and sees something.
Something he does not know how to describe, or predict.
Something unknown, yet familiar at the same time.
Something that for a moment reminds him of the voice he once heard long ago, and has since forgotten.
Something he wrestled with for so long in the past, and now sees as the last hope for salvation.
The flame is tiny, but still warm.
Drops of water from the deepest caves beat like a drum, and follow the rhythm of his heart.
The space between the thunder sound and it’s flash pulls his attention.
The leaves on the highest branches dance in the wind that whispers to him.
Did you know that International Men’s Day is was November 19th?
Do you know that men are needed, that you are needed?
Do you know that men matter, that you matter?
Do you know there are men who do not carry everything alone, and that it makes them stronger, that it strengthens their fire?
Do you know that you can set your shield down not in the name of vulnerability, but in the name of transparency and honor?
There is a great fire that receives the nutrients of the highest quality oak, burning so powerfully that it warms men across the entire planet.
That fire is a men’s team, a men’s community.
I recently returned to my own central fire, because that is what I need to raise my standard and become the man I am meant to be, for myself, for my wife, and for my children.
Look at these images, and try to tell me it is not possible, that there is no way out, and that you have to carry everything alone.

There are masses, literally masses of men who are doing the work on themselves all over the world.
You can find that great fire, the one that can feed your own, and become your resource.
Because honestly, this is one of the greatest resources men lack today, and one of the main reasons we fall below the standard we actually want to hold ourselves accountable for.
Of course, you have to know how to choose the right team for yourself
The right team for you can be a space where:
your effort and dedication are seen and welcomed
your protection of God’s truth and of what is yours is not treated as a threat or ego
your romantic relationship is not seen as child’s game, but as something deep and real
your masculine wisdom is not dismissed as fake, but honored
your transparency and integrity are not viewed as a blockage, but as a gift
your presence is recognized and valued
your hand on your heart while listening to someone share something you recognize in yourself is not seen as a performance
Great fire, to me is my home.
It is the place where my qualities are highlighted and recognized, but also challenged so they can be of service.
It is the place where I put my shield down and say that I do not know something, that I am not well, or ask for help without shame or judgment.
It is the place where putting my shield down does not mean I set put away responsibility. It means I take responsibility even more, because now I cannot hide or play small anymore.
Here’s my invitation:
If you know there’s an invisible block you keep running into.
If you are tired of repeating the same pattern over and over again.
If you’ve felt the weight of indecision, burnout, or the pressure to prove yourself…
and you’re ready to cut through the noise and rebuild your inner structure…
Then click the link bellow and just write:
I’ll send you details about my 1:1 work, and we’ll talk to see if it’s a fit.
No pressure. No selling. Just raw man to man talk.
You don’t have to do this alone.
